A Way To Check Your Facebook Privacy Setings

Everyone is concerned with Facebook's privacy mess for quite some time now. You know all about it, right? Privacy controls broke down, you're irritated, Facebook does not seem to be bothered, etc.
But you don't have to stress yourself too much. There appears to be a simple way to make sure your personal Facebook data is actually protected. The way I see it, it's a one-stop fix to put your Facebook privacy settings back to the way you want them to be.
ReclaimPrivacy.org claims to be pretty much what its name sounds. You surf over to ReclaimPrivacy.org and click on the link that says "Scan for Privacy." Bookmark the link in your browser, either by dragging it onto a bookmark toolbar or by right-clicking it and selecting the "Bookmark" option. Then open up your Facebook account, followed by the link you just bookmarked a while ago.
ReclaimPrivacy's Facebook privacy scanner will then open at the top of your current Facebook window. In a matter of seconds, ReclaimPrivacy will examine areas of potential privacy concern and then give you a report of your account's security.
ReclaimPrivacy analyzes your personal information controls, "instant personalization" settings, and ways by which your friends could inadvertently share information about you without your knowledge. For each area, you get a green ("good"), yellow ("caution"), or red ("insecure") ranking. For each yellow or red you get, specific suggestions as to how you can fix the problem are also offered.
People might say that by using ReclaimPrivacy, we're yet again letting another entity have access to information we would rather keep private. I dunno. Give it a shot and then let me know what you think.
